The S&P drama is causing me sleepless nite. My agent friend whom are more experienced told me to take it easy. Is common and it happened quite frequently. I should learn how to take it that is part of the job. Agent fought and work hard to find buyer on the street, but doesnt mean the deal will be yours until the S&P Contract is sign. My ex leader told me this "good, if got problem is good. The more problem I face, the more I will learn". This sentence came across my mind now...
