Yep, I know is been quite awhile. I have finally found time back to blog again. Since the day I m in real estate, life has been ups and down, filled with challenges. I m thankful to have know great people too, in 2 different company. I m a blessed girl, everywhere I go, there is good people helping me. Thank you.

Relationship wise, there is BIG changes too. Although have left my 3 years relationship, I have no regrets and not looking back too. I have given my best, put in the effort too. But it still didnt work and cant change his mindset too. Its ok, I have once again learn new things from this relationship.

Now, in terms of work or relationship, I m unstoppable. I will not say die. We only live once, lets cherish this life and make the best out of it.

The S&P drama is causing me sleepless nite. My agent friend whom are more experienced told me to take it easy. Is common and it happened quite frequently. I should learn how to take it that is part of the job. Agent fought and work hard to find buyer on the street, but doesnt mean the deal will be yours until the S&P Contract is sign. My ex leader told me this "good, if got problem is good. The more problem I face, the more I will learn". This sentence came across my mind now...

Achievement of the day!

After all the chasing around the world of OCBC Card Holders. Finally I managed to get my hands on Jay Chou concert tickets. Friend of mine and myself Q for almost 3.5hrs just to buy the tickets. Almost faint of heat stroke. For the very 1st time, I managed to be get myself out of comfort zone. Just to get something which I really wanted. The sense of satisfaction is fulfilling.

I will enjoy the concert to my ultimate!

Possiblity

I must write this down, to remind myself.

Learning of the day.
I must be 100% 'committed' to my real estate career so that I can create the 'possiblity' of being successful. I must in 'action' too (means to study CES with 100% commitment). With 100% commitment, I will improve my 'quality of life'.

Today I had this argumentative SMS with my colleague. Whom has been giving me support while fighting for with our competition in the property career life out there. But I have been failing in my exam, twice already. Which I m giving myself death sentence. I was sharing this SMS conversation with her, telling her that I m stress if I cant pass the exam and may not be able to continue as agent. And even told her I cant be 100% committed to my job unless I pass this exam. When she hear this, she wanted to shake me up and i guess was also disappointed with my attitude too. She told me, she believe in me and said nothing is impossible unless your heart is not there anymore...

Tonight class is a BIG trigger into my brain and mindset too. I m totally wrong. I should be 100% committed in my career then I can put all my hearts to the exam and pass! Well, hopefully by June, I can sign up for the course and this time round I make sure I must pass. Which I knew I would, becoz mindset have shifted.

Today at 31st Jan 2010. Is was a amazing day for me. It totally have blown me away. The drama which I wasnt expected, and this time round. I m not the one creating it.

I have attended Landmark Forum Education with my boyfriend. Is a course which can assist u into making breakthrough with your personal life, relationship with your families, work etc. 1st day of the course, I was confused because I was listening to the rest of the people sharing about their problems in their life, I was thinking how come so drama... people crying, husband cheating on them, child abuse...

Anyway, we were given assignment after class. And supposed to share too, with the others the following day. On the 2nd day of the assignment, we were supposed to write letter to someone whom we felt there was a "incompletion". My bf wrote to me! I wasnt shock when he wanted to write a letter to me. I was shock, that he wanted to share infront of 80 participants. He read out loudly, on the microphone, starting to break down, cry, drama... By now, my tears was beyond control. He told me, he was sorry that he wasnt there for me, when I need him. He was punishing himself for the past 7yrs aft divorce, He stop believing in marriage too. Today, he told me, "I will take care of u and do not want to loose such a wonderful girlfriend like u".

It was like a soap opera for me today. I wasnt expecting my bf, who is man of a few words to actually stand there, and declaring to me. I was shock and very touched. He have bring this relationship into another level. A honest relationship.

I m happy enough already.

I might be doing PT Property Agent. I guess, I m really done with advertising. For the past 10yrs, I do not feel rewarded at all. And of course passion dries up too. We can no longer work like a robot. Initially designing motivates me so much... but as we get older, priority changed. What we want now, is to work smart. I still like designing, but is towards my own necklaces design instead.

What if you are born with hanicapped? Would you accept less imperfection about others?

Recently, I have been thinking about all these... I kept reminding myself, that our life are fragile and short. Time is never enough and of course not gonna wait for us too. We should really treat everyday as a new day, and be thankful when you wake up in the morning. And dont let fear stop you from chasing your dream. Work hard for it, and dont think too far ahead. Just go and do it, fearless!

I was watching BBC Channel, documentary about 2 guys tracking around the world. Filmed was one of the driver, shot the bear with a gun. The trackers couldnt stop the driver in time. The driver just shot the bear, and took the bear's gall to sell. I was watching the documentary, and tears soon gather around my eyes. Was angry and feel sad, how can human just wanna take out guns and start shooting at the wild animal, just because it's body parts are worth a lot of money. I was very sad...

This morning while having breakfast near Haji Lane. Suddenly I hear this loud "thump" sound, then I spotted a pigeon with a injured leg, on the floor. We took it back, and put it inside the box for it to heal. Hopefully will be able to release it upon recovery. Lets say prayers for it to heal faster.
